Consent to the processing of personal data

Data we process: name, phone number, email address (if provided), position of interest (in the job application form) and any information you include in the message field.
Purposes:
• to handle your request or enquiry and contact you by phone or WhatsApp;
• to inform you about our services in response to your request;
• to manage your application, in the case of the job application form.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the boxes in the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR). For a child's health data, your explicit and separate consent (Art. 9.2.a GDPR).
Health data and children: if your enquiry concerns a child, it may only be sent by their parent or legal guardian, or by a person authorised by them. You may briefly describe the child's situation; there is no need to send medical reports through the form. Reports will be requested, where appropriate, once care has begun.
Retention:
• enquiries: for as long as needed to handle them and, if care does not begin, for a maximum of 1 year;
• applications: until the end of the recruitment process or, if you authorise it, for 1 year.
Recipients: data is not disclosed to third parties unless required by law. Data is processed by providers acting as data processors (website and form hosting, email, patient management system and WhatsApp). Some of them, such as Google and Meta (WhatsApp), may process data outside the European Economic Area with appropriate safeguards.
Declaration: by ticking the boxes, you confirm that the data is accurate and that you have read the Privacy policy. If the enquiry concerns a child, you also confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian, or that you are acting with their authorisation.
Withdrawal and rights: you may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to info@ameli.es, without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You may also exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
